11-2pm | Family Fun Day at the Farmers’ Market

August 4th is family fun day at the market, complete with lots of kids’ activities, live music, veggie scavenger hunt, drum circle, body painting, yoga demonstrations, and more!  We will have drawings every half hour for passes to the Wadsworth Museum, planters, posters, and gift bags filled with fun market items. Plenty of free hand outs all day. GARDEN

5-7pm  | Cooking Demo & Dominos Tournament

Drop in for a cooking class demonstration and tasting with Holistic Health Coach and culinary educator  Elaine Lanzon.  Plus, Dominoes Night in the cafe, come one and all. Learn from Frog Hollow's tournament champs! KITCHEN & CAFE

6pm | Firebox

Grilling on the Patio @ Firebox.  A  variety of "Local Sliders" & Grilled Vegetables, plus  Sangria Specials (Red, White & Rose), all served on our Patio bar. Artists-in-residence open studios featuring photography of Lena Stein from her travels to Israel and Nepal; projections of breakdancers and graffiti art in the studio of Jose Camacho along with canvases by local youth and Bboys. WORKSHOPS

7pm |Catie Talarski’s Radio Adventure Theater: Campfires

Bring your Swiss Army Knife, folding chair and a headlamp. It’s Radio Adventure Theater – Campfire Edition! Come sit around the “fire” (and the radio) for stories of ghosts, wild animals and woodsy lore; an audio tour with sonic contributions from public radio producers, musicians and artists. Acoustic musical accompaniment by the amazing folk singer Kate Callahan. (Per orders of the camp director, there will be no singing of Kumbaya.)

Homegrown Dance collective will perform two improvisational dances in the garden green. GARDEN

Listen to live local music hosted by Josh Aciares the first Thursday of every month. Featured for this month’s “What Tribe Are You From?” theme will be soul/R & B artist Mr. Qwes, indie rock group Farewood, acoustic artist Joshua A., and reggae band WUWURU. STUDIO
